Tagehus Holding AB has acquired 70% of the shares in BAM Intressenter AB (“BAM”) with the Board and Management retaining 30% of the shares. The operations of BAM are mainly carried out through the two subsidiaries Bromma Air Maintenance AB and ST Airborne Systems AB.

Bromma Air Maintenance AB is a leading provider of services to the aviation industry, including Part-145 approved MRO Services, Spare Part Sales, Part-21 Design & Production, Ground Support, Flight Inspections and Aircraft Sales through Bromma Air Sales AB. Customers include leading state-owned and private aircraft operators, including providers of aerial emergency medical services and other critical infrastructure. BAM is an Authorized Hawker Beechcraft Service Center.

The ”One-Stop One Shop” – concept is available at Stockholm-Bromma Airport and Norrköping Airport with additional maintenance in cooperation with SAAB for the Swedish Airforce at Linköping-Malmen Airport.

ST Airborne Systems AB (previously SSC Airborne Systems) is a world leader in providing airborne maritime surveillance systems. There systems are designed to effectively address tasks such as Exclusive Economic Zone protection, protection of natural resources (e.g. fishery and fish stock), Search-And-Rescue, piracy and smuggling, general sea traffic control and environmental protection (e.g. oil spill detection and monitoring).
